Our water purifier is a self-service machine. It will auto sterilise & service once in a week for 30-40minutes.
Even so, we still have variety of maintenance type that fit customer’s preferences. For maintenance type;
we have Self Service, Combine Maintenance & Regular Visit
1. Self Service:
Every 6 months, customer will get self-service kit. Customer can change filter by their own.
❌ No visit from technician unless for repairs/special case.
Combine Maintenance:
Every 6 months, customer will get self-service kit.
Every 12 months, LG Technician will come help to change filter, clean the water purifier & check water purifier’s functionality.
❗️Technician only visits once in a year
Regular Visit :
Every 6 months, LG Technician will come help to change filter, clean the water purifier & check water purifier’s functionality.
❗️Technician visits twice in a year
