LG Subscribe is a comprehensive home appliances subscription program offered by LG Electronics Malaysia on selected range of products.
LG Subscribe operates by providing customers with the option to rent home appliances through our Subscribe program. The subscription process involves selecting a desired product, choosing a suitable contract duration, and making monthly payments.
Our subscription plans vary with durations of 5 years and up to 7 years for selected products.
The subscription program is open to eligible individuals/corporate who meet the specified credit criteria.
No upfront payment is required upon application for this subscription program.
You can pay your monthly subscription via Autodebit: monthly deduction from your Debit/Credit Card
Yes, subject to termination fees that will be applicable.
LG Subscribe home appliances are available across 9 LG product lines, including water purifiers, air purifiers, air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, TVs, and Styler.
Depending on eligibility, customers may apply for multiple products under the LG Subscribe program.
The subscription program includes maintenance service, self-service options, and standard warranty coverage for the subscribed products.

The subscribed product shall be with the customer without subscription fee after the end of the contract period.

Subscription
1. Add to Cart:
Select the product you want to buy on the relevant product information page and click the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue shopping after adding a product to your cart.
*Select your required installation and disposal service for bulky products (such as TV, Washing machines, Refrigerator and Stylers.
2. When you are done, click on "Your Basket "and click " Go to checkout " then click "Submit" you will be redirect to our agent whatsapp to continue your subscription.
We recommend you to contact us via Chatbot within LG.com ASAP if you require an address change for your order. Whilst we make every effort to change a delivery address after purchase, we cannot make any guarantees.
Payment
Visa/Master (Debit/Credit), Bank transfer and E-Wallet.
For subscribtion order, a RM 10 fee will be charged to apply after CTOS credit check, subject to approval.
The monthly billing will be deducted automatically on the next month after product arrivals.
Delivery
1. Go to LG.com > Support > Order Support > Track My Order
2. Input your Order Number & Email address respectively
3. Click on the 'Submit' button
OR
1. Hover over the 'person' icon at the top right
2. You can check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section of the LG Online Shop.
You will be receiving email notification, at every stage of your purchase journey:
1. Upon receiving notification that the product has been picked and packed by our warehouse, you should be expecting to receive your product within 5-7 working days.
2. Our logistics vendor will call you to arrange an appointment before the delivery.
